Mercato 128 is a sprawling ranch at over 3,000 sq. ft. on one level. The lot features beautiful pond views, while the home is packed with custom features. We used stone and wood accents throughout, arched built-ins and cabinetry details as well as reeded trim accents. Custom lighting and luxury vinyl plank flooring complete this custom build. We designed the master suite to be spacious, luxurious and relaxing, with a wet room featuring a tiled shower, his- and hers closets and a custom, circular coffered ceiling. The covered patio offers a built-in fireplace for 3-season entertaining.
